Meet the five Fintiba 2023 Scholarship recipients

For Students

We are very excited to announce the results from the Fintiba 2023 Scholarship application process. This year we received almost 300 video essays on the topic: “How important is integration in Germany for you and your studies’ success, and how will you address it?”

The substantial number of submissions made the evaluation process both really challenging but also very moving. We had the privilege to see a lot of you and hear your inspirational integration stories and valuable tips on how fellow internationals can thrive in Germany.

Heartfelt congratulations to everyone who submitted an application this year! We are impressed by your dedication, courage and commitment to pursuing your dreams in Germany and thank you for trusting Fintiba to support you on your way here.

Since 2019, the Fintiba Scholarship supports international students who turn their dream of coming to Germany into reality. We have grown our scholarship programme each year since, trying to offer more and higher rewards, as we know all too well that there are many obstacles along the way of international students to Germany.  Thus, the annual Fintiba Scholarship is our way to make your journey to Germany easier.

Without further ado, we would like to introduce the five 2023 scholarship recipients. In the videos below, they discuss their perspectives on integration in Germany, either detailing their personal experiences or outlining their future plans for integration upon arrival in the country. We hope that watching them will also inspire you to follow in their footsteps.

Explore your surroundings, as well as further and find like-minded people; and 5. Trust the process and take your time.
